REGULAMIN I MIĘDZYNARODOWEGO KONKURSU KOMPOZYTORSKIEGO IM. MARKA JASIŃSKIEGO

§ 1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Organizatorem konkursu jest Fundacja Opus oraz Fundacja Camerata Stargard.
  2. Konkurs ma charakter otwarty i skierowany jest do kompozytorów wszystkich narodowości bez limitu wieku.
  3. Celem konkursu jest wyłonienie najlepszej kompozycji na chór a cappella, która zostanie prawykonana przez Chór Akademicki im. prof. J.Szyrockiego ZUT (CHAPS) podczas koncertu finałowego VI edycji Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Soni Spatium im. Marka Jasińskiego w Stargardzie.

§ 2. Przedmiot konkursu

  1. Przedmiotem konkursu jest skomponowanie utworu na chór mieszany a cappella (maksymalnie 8 głosów SSAATTBB + opcjonalny głos solowy).
  2. Czas trwania utworu powinien wynosić od 2 do 4 minut.
  3. Utwór musi być kompozycją oryginalną, wcześniej niepublikowaną, niewykonaną publicznie i nienagrodzoną w innych konkursach.
  4. Jeden uczestnik może zgłosić nie więcej niż dwie kompozycje.
  5. Tekst utworu: sakralny.

§ 3. Terminy i Harmonogram

  1. Termin nadsyłania partytur: do 11 maja 2026 r. (do godziny 23:59, UTC+02:00).
  2. Oficjalne ogłoszenie wyników: 1 czerwca 2026 r.
  3. Prawykonanie zwycięskiego utworu: 27 września 2026 r. podczas koncertu finałowego VI edycji Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Soni Spatium w Stargardzie.

§ 4. Zasady zgłaszania prac

  1. Konkurs jest anonimowy. Partytury nie mogą być podpisane imieniem i nazwiskiem.
  2. Każda praca musi być opatrzona godłem (pseudonimem słownym).
  3. Proces zgłoszenia do konkursu składa się z dwóch obowiązkowych etapów:
    A. Formularz elektroniczny (Karta zgłoszenia)
    W pierwszej kolejności należy wypełnić elektroniczny formularz zgłoszeniowy (zawierający dane kompozytora oraz niezbędne oświadczenia), który znajduje się pod adresem: formularz zgłoszeniowy
    B. Przesłanie załączników drogą mailową
    Pozostałe materiały należy nadesłać na adres e-mail: opus.composerscompetition@gmail.com (w tytule wiadomości prosimy wpisać swoje godło). Do wiadomości mailowej należy załączyć:
    • Partyturę w formacie PDF (opatrzoną wyłącznie godłem oraz tytułem, z wyszczególnionym czasem trwania),
    • Krótki biogram (maks. 1800 znaków ze spacjami),
    • Notę o utworze,
    • Zdjęcie uczestnika (w formacie JPG).

§ 5. Jury i Ocena

  1. Prace będą oceniane przez Jury powołane przez Organizatora.
  2. Jury złożone z uznanych kompozytorów i dyrygentów będzie pracować pod przewodnictwem Pawła Łukaszewskiego.
  3. Decyzje Jury są ostateczne i nie przysługuje od nich odwołanie.

§ 6. Nagrody

  1. Nagroda główna w konkursie wynosi 10 000 PLN (brutto).
  2. Jury ma prawo do innego podziału puli nagród.
  3. Dopuszcza się przyznanie wyróżnień honorowych.
  4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do nieprzyznania nagrody głównej.
  5. Zwycięski utwór zostanie wykonany podczas festiwalu Soni Spatium 27. września 2026 r.

§ 7. Prawa autorskie

  1. Z momentem wypłaty nagrody, Organizator nabywa prawo do pierwszego publicznego wykonania (prawykonania) nagrodzonego utworu.
  2. Laureaci zobowiązani są do umieszczenia w partyturze (w przypadku wydania drukiem) adnotacji o otrzymanej nagrodzie w niniejszym konkursie.
  3. Przystępując do Konkursu, kompozytor wyraża zgodę na ewentualne wykonanie nagrania archiwalnego jego kompozycji dla potrzeb wewnętrznych Organizatorów koncertu, bez żadnych roszczeń finansowych z jego strony.

§ 8. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Zgłoszenie do Konkursu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją warunków niniejszego Regulaminu. Utwory nie odpowiadające wymogom Regulaminu nie będą dopuszczone do Konkursu.
  2. Organizatorzy Konkursu zastrzegają sobie prawo zmiany terminu bądź odwołania wykonania nagrodzonej kompozycji z przyczyn niezależnych.

RULES OF THE 1st INTERNATIONAL MAREK JASIŃSKI COMPOSERS COMPETITION

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The organizers of the competition are the Opus Foundation and the Camerata Stargard Foundation.
  2. The competition is open and directed to composers of all nationalities without age limits.
  3. The aim of the competition is to select the best composition for an a cappella choir, which will be premiered by The Jan Szyrocki Memorial Choir of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (CHAPS) dedicated to Marek Jasiński in Stargard.

§ 2. Subject of the competition

  1. The subject of the competition is to compose a piece for a mixed a cappella choir (maximum 8 voices SSAATTBB + optional solo voice).
  2. The duration of the piece should be from 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. The piece must be an original composition, previously unpublished, unperformed publicly, and not awarded in other competitions.
  4. One participant may submit no more than two compositions.
  5. Text of the piece: sacred.

§ 3. Deadlines and Schedule

  1. Deadline for submitting scores: until May 11, 2026 (until 23:59, UTC+02:00).
  2. Official announcement of results: June 1, 2026.
  3. Premiere of the winning piece: September 27, 2026, during the final concert of the 6th edition of the Soni Spatium International Festival in Stargard.

§ 4. Rules for submitting works

  1. The competition is anonymous. Scores cannot be signed with a first and last name.
  2. Each work must be marked with a motto (a verbal pseudonym).
  3. The process of submission to the competition consists of two mandatory stages:
    A. Electronic form (Entry form)
    First, it is necessary to fill out the electronic entry form (containing the composer's data and necessary declarations), which is located at: entry form.
    B. Sending attachments via email
    The remaining materials must be sent to the e-mail address: opus.composerscompetition@gmail.com (please write your motto in the subject of the message). The e-mail message must include attached:
    • Full score in PDF format (marked exclusively with the motto and title, including the duration),
    • Short biography (max. 1800 characters with spaces),
    • Short description of the piece,
    • Participant's photo (in JPG format).

§ 5. Jury and Evaluation

  1. Works will be evaluated by a Jury appointed by the Organizer.
  2. The Jury, composed of recognized composers and conductors, will work under the chairmanship of Paweł Łukaszewski.
  3. The decisions of the Jury are final and not subject to appeal.

§ 6. Prizes

  1. The main prize in the competition is 10,000 PLN (gross).
  2. The Jury has the right to a different distribution of the prize pool.
  3. It is permissible to award honorary mentions.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right not to award the main prize.
  5. The winning piece will be performed during the Soni Spatium festival on September 27, 2026.

§ 7. Copyrights

  1. Upon payment of the prize, the Organizer acquires the right to the first public performance (premiere) of the awarded piece.
  2. Laureates are obliged to include in the score (in case of publication in print) an annotation about the prize received in this competition.
  3. By entering the Competition, the composer agrees to the possible execution of an archival recording of their composition for the internal needs of the concert Organizers, without any financial claims on their part.

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. Submission to the Competition is equivalent to accepting the conditions of these Rules. Pieces not meeting the requirements of the Rules will not be admitted to the Competition.
  2. The Organizers of the Competition reserve the right to change the date or cancel the performance of the awarded composition for reasons beyond their control.
